Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. Items like perishable goods or customized products are non-returnable.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via email or phone. A return authorization and instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of receiving the product.
